Quotations and Orders
All websites, online stores, and related services offered on ShopReady.com.au are sold as customised solutions.
Before any purchase, a written quotation will be provided, outlining the price, features, and scope of work.
By accepting a quotation, you confirm your agreement to the described scope, specifications, and pricing.
Payment Terms
A 60% deposit of the total agreed price is required to commence work.
The remaining 40% is payable upon completion and before the final handover of the website or online store.
Full ownership and access rights will only be transferred after the total payment has been received.
Delivery and Handover
An estimated delivery date will be provided in your quotation. Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or content from the client are outside our responsibility.
Upon receipt of the final payment, all agreed deliverables, access details, and transfer of ownership will be completed.
Revisions and Additional Work
Quotations include the agreed number of revisions. Any extra work, additional features, or changes outside the agreed scope will be charged separately, based on our current rates or as otherwise agreed.
Support
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, a limited support period is included with your purchase. Ongoing support, updates, or maintenance can be arranged under a separate agreement.
Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality websites and online stores. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of income, or technical problems caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or customer misuse.
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
